1. How long does delivery take?

As our products are custom-made, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days. We take pride in crafting each order with care before dispatch.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. Online payment options will be available soon.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom-made items may not be eligible unless there is a defect.

4. Do you offer gift packaging or customization?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping and personalized notes upon request. Just mention your preferences in the order notes at checkout.
