**Shipping Policy – Rungbaaz**

**Processing Time**  
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

**Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)**  
- Delivered in 5-7 business days via BlueEx.  
- Shipment cost: Variable

**International Shipping**  
- Delivered in 7–14 business days, depending on location.  
- Customer is responsible for duties/import fees.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**  
- Contact us immediately at rungbaazpk@gmail.com with photos.  
- We'll assist with BlueEx claims or send a replacement if necessary.

**Tracking**  
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
