Refund policy

**Return & Refund Policy – Rungbaaz**

- Returns accepted within **7 days** of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging.
- **Personalized or hand-painted items are final sale and not eligible for return.**

**How to Request a Return**
1. Email us at rungbaazpk@gmail.com with order number and photos.
2. If approved, we'll issue a return label or instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt (refund will include product cost—shipping fees are non-refundable).

**Faulty or Damaged Item?**  
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with images—refund or replacement offered immediately.

**Exchanges & Store Credit**  
Need a different color/style? We offer exchanges or store credit on request.
